Our range of conferencing solutions includes futuristic devices that are intelligently interlinked to provide a conducive atmosphere for participants, thereby creating an easy-to-use experience. Neutron is the proud recipient of Polycom’s “Excellence in Technical Support” worldwide award and “Best Channel Partner for Customer Service in India” award. We also excel in voice recording solutions.

Neutron’s product sales are ably supported by a highly trained team of engineers, who have the support of sophisticated computerized ‘Customer Resource Management’ and ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ systems. Neutron carries out regular preventive maintenance on equipment post sales, to eliminate customer downtime.

Neutron and its sister concerns together address every possible facet of telecom applications. We also provide service support to EPABX and KTS systems. The Group companies have a manpower strength of over 400 employees. Neutron has a well-established network in most cities across India - through its own offices as well as those of its channel partners - backed by trained technical and support personnel. We operate a Mobile Service Center, which is adequately stocked with spare parts. We also provide Remote Maintenance for PABXs by dialing into customers’ PABX where required.
